Hill Country Mini Cattle Company began with breeding Miniature Donkeys In 1999.  We added Miniature Silky Fainting Goats in 2012 and began raising Mini Highland Cattle in 2024. We have a long history of producing high-quality friendly, structurally correct show animals, and we are committed to continuing this tradition for years to come.

At Hill Country Mini Cattle Company, we believe in keeping our numbers low, so we can interact daily with our cattle. They are taken to petting events, weddings and parties. This produces a calm, well socialized animal. 

At Hill Country Mini Cattle Company, we offer a variety of party events, like coffee with cows, wedding burros or cows, photo sessions with cattle, mini donkeys or goats and sales of mini cattle.
